Q. Do you have a favorite series that you read over and over again? Tell us a bit about it and why you keep on revisiting it?




I have a few actually. One in particular that I’m sure most followers who know me pretty well by now will know it’s the Vampire Academy series. It was and is probably my favorite series out of everything I’ve read over the last few years and I was extremely sad when it all ended last year- but now excited for the spinoff (absolutely adored Bloodlines!). It’s just a series that I can constantly revisit without getting annoyed or bored because the characters are so entertaining.


Another would be The Hunger Games series. Yes, I’m really excited for the movie. And yes, once you get me talking about this series, it’s a little difficult to get me to shut up. Haha. So I’ll try to keep this short. The Hunger Games was my first true attempt into Dystopian. It turned me onto a whole new genre that I’m now completely addicted to.


Every so often I’ll reread my Harry Potter set, too. As well as some Shakespeare works, and my copy of Wuthering Heights or Jane Eyre (my two favorite classics).


Also, now that I’ve fallen in love with the Iron Fey series this year, I’m quite sure that will end up being a reread in the very near future because I adore the world that Julie Kagawa created and the characters.




Like I said, I have a few rereads. Some aren’t exactly series, but I count them anyway because they’re at the top of the list as a must for revisiting on a continuing basis whenever the need arises. Haha.
